SHIPPING POLICY
We offer standard shipping which takes around 2-3 business days.
The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout.
You will be able to track your order and will receive updates. Once your order is placed and confirmed, we will dispatch it the next working day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our customers have 14 days to ask for refund.
Products must be returned in its original packaging and must not be used/washed or damaged. If you are unable to return the product/s in these conditions then we may not be able to issue you a refund.
Certain items will not be returnable/ exchangeable due to hygiene reasons e.g. shakers. Items on sale are eligible for refunds.
If you wish to return/exchange a product or have any questions regarding our Return & Exchange policy please do not hesitate to contact us by email (gymexc@gmail.com) where we will provide you with further guidance. Please be aware that the buyer may have to pay the delivery cost of the return.
