We are GYM EXC Ltd – a company incorporated and registered in January 2021 with company number 13110175. Our office is located in Isleworth, Greater London.
We sell fitness apparatus, including clothing and accessories.

Orders are placed solely through our website. Before confirming your order please check you order, checking that you have selected the correct product/s, quantity, size/s. Most importantly please double check your delivery address as once sent out we will be unable to refund you for the order delivered to the incorrect address.
After you place an order we will send you an email confirming we have received it. The official acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm we’ve dispatched your product/s. Only then a contract will be formed between you and GYM EXC.
To order our products, you must be at least 18 years old (unless accompanied by an adult) and be authorised to use the payment method used for your order.
In the unlikely event that we’re unable to fulfil your order, for example if product is out of stock OR we have not been able to verify the billing information you have provided, you will NOT be charge for the product and we will let you know by email that you have provided us with.

Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").
